Bernard «Rambo» Gauthier fait appel

Vendredi 5 décembre, le juge Michel Parent avait donné gain de cause à l’entrepreneur Frédéric Boucher dans l’affaire l’opposant contre le leader syndical de la FTQ-Constructionsur la Côte-Nord, Bernard «Rambo» Gauthier. Ce dernier a été reconnu coupable d’intimidation envers M. Boucher.

Le juge avait déclaré croire la version de M. Boucher et que ce dernier, vu les témoignages, avait bel et bien été victime d’insultes, d’injures et d’invectives et que les propos de Rambo constituaient une menace visant à l’intimider.

Mardi, la FTQ-Construction a annoncé que l’avocat de Bernard «Rambo» Gauthier allait faire appel du jugement prononcé au palais de justice de Sept-Îles et qu’il allait également demander l’absolution pour faire annuler le verdict. Selon des informations de La Presse Canadienne
