Maksym Yastremsky écope de 30 ans de prison ferme pour piratage informatique

Maksym Yastremsky, surnommé Maksik, est très connu sur la toile pour piratage des cartes bancaires sur Internet. Ce pirate informatique était épié par les autorités Américaines depuis plus de sept ans. C’est en 2007 que les autorités turques ont pu lui mettre la main dessus après le lancement d’un mandat d’arrêt international.

Il avait été interpellé quelques jours seulement après son arrivée dans une station dans le sud de la Turquie. Il est accusé d’avoir dérobé d’interminables données à des clients de plusieurs groupes causant ainsi des pertes de millions de dollars à plusieurs sociétés dont Boston Market. Il revendait ces données à plusieurs groupes qu’il connaissait.

D’ailleurs, l’un deux vient également d’être interpellé dans cette affaire. L’homme de 25 ans purgera sa peine derrière les prisons turques.
