L’hôtel Le Concorde acheté par un groupe d’investisseurs Québécois

L’hôtel Le Concorde vient d’être acheté par un groupe de Québécois et il maintiendra, en partie, son activité première qui est l’hôtellerie. Cette information a été confirmée par Eddy Savoie, propriétaire des lieux, qui a déclaré qu’une garantie avait été déposée par les acquéreurs de l’hôtel Le Concorde afin de concrétiser les choses.

Il a reçu un premier versement en attendant le reste dans une quinzaine de jours. Eddy Savoie n’a donné aucune information sur l’identité des acheteurs, mais il a assuré que ce sont des investisseurs du domaine. Ils sont dans l’hôtellerie, c’est pour cela qu’ils ont décidé d’y investir. Selon ses déclarations, l’hôtel Le Concorde va suivre les méthodes du Marriott ou encore du Crystal à Montréal en appliquant la forme de copropriété hôtelière.

Le propriétaire de la chambre pourrait y résider lors de son séjour au Québec et lors de son absence, il pourra la louer. Cette bonne nouvelle a réjouit plus d’un, mais surtout le maire de Québec « Régis Labeaume ». Sans cette vente, l’hôtel allait être transformé en résidences pour personnes âgées. M. Labeaume reste néanmoins sur ses gardes et a déclaré qu’avant de se réjouir, il faudrait d’abord connaître l’identité des acheteurs, leurs objectifs et plans par rapport à l’hôtel.
